Annual General Meeting

• The Annual Report was approved.
• The Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer were discharged from liability.
• A resolution was taken not to pay any dividend for the financial year 2009.
• The incumbent Board of Directors was re-elected. Fees of SEK 200,000 were resolved, with Paul Cheetham and Anders Waltner each to receive SEK 100,000. No fees are payable to other members.
• The Meeting resolved on the principles for appointing a Nomination Committee according to the proposal in the invitation to the Meeting.
• Guidelines for remunerating senior management were adopted according to the proposal in the invitation to the Meeting.
