At Getupdated we understand that there is the need for some assurance when it comes to Search Engine Optimization; therefore we are offering our clients that assurance. If you sign up with our recommended SEO package and you do not have at least 15 keywords in the top 10 over 10 major search engines within 6 months of your campaign being set live, we will refund your initial optimization process fees.

Only the initial optimization process fees are refundable. Linking Packages, Content Writing and Paid Submissions are non refundable. Each client’s guarantee is on a case-to-case basis depending on the competitiveness of the keywords and the linking package chosen. This guarantee is neither for any specified search engine nor any specified keyword. 9a: To be eligible for the Consultant’s guarantee and to receive the proper rankings within the search engines, it is the Company’s responsibility to register and pay for Yahoo.com ($299 per year) and Business.com ($199.00 per year) Directories. These fees are separate from any fees associated with Consultant and our SEO services. Therefore, once the Company has paid for said services with the two aforementioned directories, copies of paid receipts must be faxed to Consultant. Any Website that is all Flash or contains frames/layers is not eligible for the guarantee. Guarantees may be voided for, among other reasons, websites that have downtime for one day or more, websites that have been altered after they have been optimized by Consultant, websites that are cloned or have been found to have duplicate content, or that do not use proper 301 redirects or robots.txt files.
