Getupdated has appointed Peter Eriksson as new Sales Director for Sweden. He comes from a senior position as Solution Sales Manager at Microsoft and has a proven track record of success in a number of IT industry sales positions as well as entrepreneurial ventures. "Building a sales oriented organization is our first priority to bring Getupdated back to profitable growth. Thus we are very happy to get such an experienced and proven sales team builder on board", says Paul Yates, CEO of Getupdated.

Getupdated has decided to grow its subsidiary in France under the Just Search brand. Current operations primarily within search engine marketing (PPC) will be rebranded and broadened with the complete Just Search product offering. The operations in France have had notable sales success towards the end of 2009 and reported a small profit in the last quarter. "We have established a customer base in France that is now inquiring about further services within search marketing and SEO, so we are really growing with customer demand", comments Paul Yates, CEO of the Getupdated Group and founder of JustSearch.

Getupdated's Stockholm-based consulting offering will increase its marked visibility by adopting the new independent brand Circuit Interactive. The organization remains a wholly owned subsidiary of the Getupdated Group in order for Getupdated to continue to exploit the synergies between web consulting and internet marketing. It employs 30 consultants specialized in internet solutions such as websites, intranet solutions and portals, on-line communities and social media. "Getupdated has a very broad range of services and this change will allow the consulting organization to market its excellent portfolio of business oriented online solutions in its own right", comments Paul Yates, CEO of Getupdated.
