Eastpoint (Getupdated) Signs Letter of Intent to Buy USA Search Engine Optimization Company eTrafficJams
Stockholm/Florida April 27 — EASTPOINT (public) daughter company GETUPDATED headquarter in Stockholm Sweden said Thursday that it had agreed to buy eTrafficJams, a renowned USA Florida based Search Engine Optimization company that helps websites with Internet marketing, as EASTPOINT (GETUPDATED) tries to grab a bigger share of the booming global market in Internet Advertisement.
The deal would be EASTPOINT (GETUPDATED) first major acquisition in the United States with plans of continuing expansion. “If you want to get a good hold on the USA Search Optimization sector, eTrafficJams is one of the best bet,” said Mattias Kaneteg, CEO for Getupdated.
Internet advertisement grows faster then 25 percent per year, according to media sources. Eastpoint (public) is a healthy growing stock and for the last year has had reputation for quality acquisitions within the Internet Marketing field.
