SEO Coder / Developer

We're seeking an energetic SEO Coding Technician who clearly has working of how web design / development works with regards to search engine optimization.

This person would be responsible for working directly with the SEO team, communicating with the client as well as working with their hosting company regarding their website structure, navigation structure and site related changes needed for optimal search engine rankings.

• Note - This position is not for a beginner!
• Key Responsibilities of the Position:
• Work with SEO team to implement SEO within client sites.
• Optimize web pages / websites
• Provide recommendations to improve site architecture for SEO
• Work with / educate IT departments, hosting companies, clients, web   developers and web designers on recommended changes and how they affect   the SEO ability for a client's site.
• Ability to troubleshoot problematic issues that affect SEO; including server   environment, web design elements, link/navigation structure, dynamic sites   etc.
• Installation / customization of blogs

Create/ Edit/ Revise robots.txt, sitemap, custom 404 error page, 301 redirects

Requirements

• 2-4 years of web development /coding experience.
• Excellent communication, time management and planning skills.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS code.
  

Ability to code / optimize the following:
o             HTML
o             PHP
o             ASP
o             ASPX
o             CFM
o             Dynamic Sites
o             Content Management Systems
o             Moving / Editing Stylesheets
o             Moving Javascript
o             Shopping Carts

Please Note:  We prefer applicants who can work in our the Fort Lauderdale / Tampa Bay offices; but would be willing to consider telecommuting as an option for a more experienced designer / developer.
