As a member of the SEO Team, you will...
Analyze website architecture, link structure, content, and document optimization recommendations.
Develop improvements to new and existing sites that result in top page natural search listings.
Optimize various website components including copy, meta tags, page title/descriptions, internal linking, sitemap, etc.
Follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards.
Research targeted keywords and match up to relevant content pages.
Monitor overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.
Clearly communicate progress updates to clients and provide answers to any questions related to their SEO campaign.
Perform competitive analysis to help improve future SEO results.
Maintain knowledge of current SEO practices to develop and recommend new SEO strategies.
Maintain awareness of various SEO resources and tools.
Must have experience in the following areas:

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years experience of optimizing websites for Google, Yahoo, and MSN while being a cooperative team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Candidate must NOT use any SEO spam whatsoever.
This is a full-time permanent position that allows for telecommuting based on meeting criteria related to computer system and Internet connection with resources for managing large volumes of data and record keeping. (USA or Canada only)
